Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Dance Vibe Designs! We want to make sure your order arrives safely and in a timely manner.
Processing Time All products are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–8 business days after your order is placed.
Shipping Time Once your order has been fulfilled, shipping times via USPS are estimated as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate. Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.
Shipping Rates We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $6.00 on all domestic orders. Free shipping is available on all domestic orders over $75.00. Orders containing items from multiple product categories may ship separately. In these cases, a shipping fee of $6.00 may be charged per shipment. If your order total exceeds $75.00, free shipping will be applied automatically to qualifying shipments.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at contact@dancevibedesigns.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.
